• Warranty Period: 3 Years (Full Replacement Warranty)
• Replacement Policy: If your plastic case battery fails during the 3-year warranty period, we will provide a one-time full replacement, covering the cost of the battery.
• One-Time Replacement: The warranty covers only one replacement per original battery purchase. After a replacement has been issued under the warranty, any future issues with the replacement battery will require the purchase of a new battery.
• Additional Costs: While the battery cost is covered under the warranty, if labor or pickup and delivery services are required, the customer will be responsible for those costs.

• Warranty Period: 5 Years (Full Replacement Warranty)
• Replacement Policy: If your metal case battery fails during the 5-year warranty period, we will provide a one-time full replacement, covering the cost of the battery.
• One-Time Replacement: Similar to the plastic case batteries, the warranty for our metal case models covers one replacement per original purchase. If the replacement battery experiences issues, a new battery must be purchased.
• Additional Costs: While the battery cost is covered under the warranty, if labor or pickup and delivery services are required, the customer will be responsible for those costs.

• The warranty begins on the original purchase date of the battery.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Warranty claims must be made directly to Golf Cart Mech, and all returns must be pre-authorized.
• Batteries must be used per the manufacturer’s guidelines. Improper usage or failure to follow charging instructions may void the warranty.

• Coverage: We provide a 1-year warranty on all labor performed by Golf Cart Mech. If a failure occurs due to the labor we provided during a repair, we will cover all costs associated with fixing the problem, including both labor and necessary parts.

• Faulty Part Replacement: If a part or component we installed fails within 1 year due to a manufacturer defect, we will cover the cost of the replacement part. However, the customer will be responsible for paying our labor rate to remove and replace the faulty part.

• Customers will be responsible for any pickup and delivery costs if the golf cart needs to be transported to and from our facility for repairs.

• This warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of the original repair.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
• Warranty claims must be submitted directly to Golf Cart Mech. Repairs done by third parties will not be covered under this warranty.
• The warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper golf cart maintenance.
